Gabriel Ama (Bros G) still in naija and no plans to move out! Naija is blessed!

By the way, does anyone have any idea where the following people are: Rita (nee Makama), Pius Onu (Bros P), Edward Bananda (Deputy Head Boy) and Michael Ugheighele (Head Boy)?

You got it right! I'm in the USA...Atlanta to be specific. Been here since 1997. Go home at least once a year.

I've been asking around for Rita Makama as well. I have no clue where life took her to after FGCO.

I saw Michael U. a few times after school. The last I heard of him should be around the time he got married. Perharps Gboye or Osokoya should know his whereabout.

Gee! You must have really missed me! You listed my name twice! :-D

And you still remember me as Aqua? :-D

Yes; I'm still in Naija - married with 2 kids - and no plans to checkout.

Omolola said...

I only just realised that. I couldn't have forgotten you especially with the Sir Aqua and Aqua Lady stuff you put us through.

I last saw Yinka at Kafilat Awodun's wedding. Who knows Aqua Lady's whereabout?

Thank God for giving you the time to bring up this site but how are we going to get in touch with some of us who are not online?

Please can you locate Femi Oduigbo and Bashiru Egbeyemi for me?

Once again this is great! Fellows, let keep the flag up.

Does anyone have a valid contact info for Wole Banjoko? I know he finished his medical degree at medilag in 1998/1999, and have not heard from him since.

Guys abeg, i've actually searched for Rita Makama too i guess we should raise some reward for who ever finds her first ha ha ha. Wale Adelaja (ikebe) too is missing, who knows where he is?

I am fine and in the UK but I really agree with you Bros G, Aqua Lord & co, Niger is the place to be and i would be back with you guys soon. Its really great to be able to remember all those times at fego and those lovely and not so lovely people we met and had to spend 6 yrs with but it was fun whichever way we think about it. I've got lots of old pictures which i am trying to gather and u all will be amazed at them i'll put them up soon.

Okay, people you just have to send in your pictures, 'cos I am growing old & loosing track of names.

Who is L. Adejola, C. Nwizu...?

Where are: Mope Shodiya (Moppy Show), Bola Abagun, Bongo, Akin Aregbesola (Pablo, although we were in Ilaro together for a while), Yemi Lawal, Sola Ogunbanke, Igbagbofunmilayo Akinola... ? Just to mention a few.

Omolola said...

Thanks Busola, I'm working on a list of "lost & found" 84-90 folks, the names will help...

Lekan Adejola, Chuka Nwizu... pictures will definitely help; I'm waiting for scanned pictures from those who still have their FGCO album/pictures.

I served (NYSC) with Igbagbo in Minna; she was retained by a bank (UBA I guess). I saw her a year or two thereafter when I visited but I don't know if she's still there.

The last I heard of Moppy Show is that she saw Odunayo after FGCO and sojourned to the UK or US… Odunayo should be able to help with her contact.

Patti Labelle went to Odogobolu?? Now that's someone i should have asked out..:-). Great stuff this blog.

Here comes a shameless plug..
http://bananaleaves.dwarfgoat.com

It's a movie i made a while ago but is still in post production. Partly due to my refusal to pay the high-end post houses. Yes I'm still a miser..:-)

I was sad about no one remembering me until someone asked who Chuka Nwizu was. He was the social prefect!!. Shows how successful that was. Now i don't feel too bad.

Omolola said...

Sorry about no one remembering you and thank God you found us. Could you send me your email so we can bore you with the mails we send around.

Patti Boulaye did not go to Odogbolu; if she did, you probably would have been in class with her daughter!

You didn't tell us where you are perharps you can save us the trouble of digging for info via the website you indicated.

Now how do I start? First big ups to Lola for making what a lot of people have been only thinking about possible. I must confess I've been in touch with a number of guys since we all left Fego but I'm still searching for some guys whose names I'll list after this.

Will be grateful if someone, anyone can tell me their whereabout - Anthony Ugwi, Anthony Dimkpa, Louis (Ette) Inyang, Femi Fagbuji, Femi Oduyingbo, Funke Adetunji, Abayomi (Luxy) Akinnola, Ronke (Ronny) Solarin, Zikeyi Kentebe, Oto Umoren Abasi, Yemi Oyenuga... these I can remember for now more to come later.

There's one last thing I must add, big ups to Torricci, Scarlucci, Tibsy, Rendo, Away Monkey, AmaG, SS, Ijepip, Eba, Iregu, Pirro, Fash, Pablo, Eggy, Dryode, Ojapa, Ikebe Super, Baba, Koko-B-Sure, Jiblo, Bomfy, Luxy... My not mentioning your nickname is cos I can't remember right now but I'll surely continue next time.

Keep your heads up.

Where are Peter Aruya, Away Monkey, Edward Bananda and Mani Maman Sokoto?

Anonymous said...

Where are Chidi Okonta, Oto Ubong gam Ikon and Peter Aruya?

PS: Can you all remember the size of Peter Aruya's locker? Men that thing resembled all those american fridges and when he opened it..it was like in MTV cribs (not really but considering our standards at the time). Cabin biscuits , milk, milo, cornflakes etc.

Peter Aruya was so hard that he used to leave his locker open and just walk about chatting.

Where is?

Paul Nwosu - Remember how he stopped the college boogie because he did not want Shina Peters’ music.

Murren - Of the 'Michea Ugheighele, ma che mi le che' fame! Also the song 'See ani-mureeen, you bubble rice, you bubble beans you bubble coco yam'!

Where exactly is Damola Bolodeoku? Is it possible for our comrades in the same location to pay him a visit on our behalf, take a signed card along? At least, can a phone number be made available to the forum, so we can call to express our well wishes?

Talking about grass cutting, is Bushe in this list? I think his name is Femi and he was quite good at cutting grass, so good that everyone wanted to have their portion next to his portion with the hope that he will cut some of their portion.

Omolola said...

Oh, we left him out - Femi Awonusi aka Bushe. I had to go and dig up his last name from the mail of someone who mentioned recently that she saw him at Unilag.

Edward Bananda is now an accountant, in banking. Still a great guy.

Leke Adesanya

Anthony Ugwi emailed me last in 2003. I think he is in PH. The last mail I got from Zik Kentebe, he was working in an accounting farm in PH too. He wrote to ask that I should give my life to Jesus. Eddy reintroduced me to Afam , after I graduated and we were in touch via email for some time.

Am still in touch with Roy Omamogho and Nature.

I could give a reward to anyone who knows the whereabouts of Louis (Ette) Inyang. He promised to visit me after school. Am still waiting.

Clement, Idoko Aguda is on the Island. I'm sure Eddy is still in touch with him. Who's in touch with Ehi Alikah?

I got in touch with David Adejo recently. By the way, he is based in South Africa.

Hello All,

It has been a long time, I hope this site is still working o, and that everyone has been staying blessed. Well, I am currently in Austin, TX and have been in touch with a couple of guys, Obikudu, Olaofe, and met some others.

However, can anyone help me with the whereabouts of Louis Inyang, Rita, Eddie, and Omat?
